Inspectly Round Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

Controller

Inspectly Round is published by Tisodas Studio, Belgium. For questions about this policy or your data, contact support@tisodas.com.

General principle

Inspectly Round works without an account and without a Tisodas server. The application does not automatically send your data to Tisodas Studio and contains no advertising, advertising tracking, usage analytics or third-party crash reporting.

Data stored locally

Depending on your use, the application may store the site or company name, participants, round templates, areas, checkpoints, work-order references, dates, states, observations, actions, statuses and preferences. This information is stored locally on the device using iOS storage mechanisms.

Photos and logo

You may take observation photos with the camera. They are stored locally in the application’s Documents area and may be included in PDF reports. You may also select a logo with Apple’s photo picker; the application can access only the image you select.

PDF reports

PDF reports are generated locally on the device. They may contain round information, observations, actions, statuses, dates, photos and the selected logo. Files are stored in the application’s Documents area and can be viewed, printed or shared at your initiative.

Voluntary sharing

When you use the iOS share sheet, you choose the destination, such as AirDrop, Files, Mail, printing or a third-party application. The data is then handled under the destination’s own terms. Tisodas Studio does not automatically receive these files.

Apple files and backups

Files in Documents may be visible in the Files app or Finder depending on your device configuration. Local data may also be included in an iCloud or computer backup, under Apple’s control and your settings.

Data not used

The current version does not use location, microphone, contacts, OCR, notifications, CloudKit, in-app purchases or an advertising identifier system.

Retention and deletion

Data remains on the device until you delete it in the application, remove the relevant files or uninstall the application. Some preferences, branding, the PIN or templates may require separate deletion or a complete uninstall. Exported or backed-up copies must be deleted from their destination.

Security

Data benefits from the standard protections of the iOS sandbox and file system. The application PIN is a practical access lock and should not be considered application-level encryption.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when features or data processing change. The latest update date appears at the top of this page.
