Before contacting us
- Check that location access is enabled for MemoSpot in iOS Settings.
- Check that notifications are enabled.
- Open Settings → MemoSpot Help in the application.
- Include your iPhone model, iOS version and MemoSpot version. If you use MemoSpot on an iPad in iPhone compatibility mode, mention this as well.
Purchases
MemoSpot Unlimited is a non-consumable in-app purchase managed by the App Store. If you have already purchased it, use Settings → MemoSpot Unlimited → Restore Purchases.
